It also has two separate studio apartments and an unattached garage with laundry facility and workshop area. This would be the perfect spot for a young professional or student who needs flexible lease terms and a clean, furnished place in a safe neighborhood. Short walk to the plaza district, and close to midtown and paseo as well.

It’s not a party house. Your housemates would be two gentlemen in their early 30s who are focused on their careers. Sorry, no smoking or vaping permitted inside or outside. Rent is $600/month rent and $100 for all bills paid.
