I am transferring out of UD and need someone to fill my lease while I am gone. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen sized bed, full corner desk, couch, table, and flat screen tv. Washer and dryer are in unit, along with a full private bathroom. It is around 1 mile from campus, and there is parking available right in front of the unit. WiFi is also already installed, and price could potentially lower once I transfer, as roommate will take over the WiFi bill. The pull-up bar rig in the living room will be deconstructed by the time I move out.

The roommate is very prompt with payments, and is usually not there, as he stays with his girlfriend. He is extremely quiet when he is there however, and is very mindful of noise levels and politeness.
