The home on Heidi Lane is a 4-bedroom house, and has three bedrooms currently leased and occupied. The other available bedroom is on it’s own level (basement), with a private 3/4 bathroom. This property is a room-by-room, housemate arrangement.

Base rent is $700/month.

Each tenant will additionally pay a flat fee of $150/month for the following: electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and even internet. The security deposit is $750.

Common rooms include: kitchen, dining, living, family, half bath, upstairs loft, laundry space, and basement rec room. The garage spaces are unavailable.

Note there are already two cats on-site. Pet policy: max of 3, cats and dogs only, $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet, plus $40/pet/month in pet rent.

All bedrooms are outfitted with locks.

You must make 3 times the rent in gross monthly income to qualify ($2400). We prefer to see a credit score above 650 but are willing to work with you if it is lower, usually in the form of additional rent. Renter’s insurance is required. The application fee is $36/adult.

The other three occupants have been living at the property for more than a year with no conflicts reported to property management. All chose to renew.
