Self contained, detached, private efficiency house. Roughly 500 sq feet, spacious closet, full sized fridge, microwave, stacked washer and dryer, electric stove/oven, stand up shower/bathroom, and ceiling fan. It has a window unit for an AC but will upgrade to mini-split in the near term. Parking available with about 100foot walk to door through backyard on dedicated path. Paint is grey and white.

I supply wireless internet, trash service, and water. You put electric in your name (it has it’s own meter). The electric bill runs between 50 and 100 usually and will be less when I upgrade the AC to a mini-split and spray in additional insulation (no eta on this yet).. Pets welcome with $300 deposit per animal (negotiable). Full-lease will be generated and signed with normal/traditional conditions. Prefer quiet introverted types but am open for anyone cool that respects boundaries.

About the roomies

We are a odd family. Im a divorced dad of two homeschooled girls I have 50% of the time. My mother (79) and handicapped brother (44) live in the house with me full time. We are cool, accepting, laid back, but take privacy and renting this unit serious. We are open to forming friendship and family time with you and your pets.

NOTE: Again, this is private, stand-alone house. This is not a roommate situation. You will be renting a complete self-contained house.
