Lylia's room

Our home is in a beautiful, quiet location near Lakeshore in Oakland, CA. There’s lots of free parking and a mini park across the street. Neighbors are all friendly. The room is spacious & has a small walk in closet with wood floors. There’s a shared bathroom with gorgeous lighting. Shared living room and kitchen. We also have free laundry access. Internet and other house hold items are included in rent. PG&E and Water bills will be split with everyone in the house. Feel free to message me if you’re interested.

My partner and I live here with our tiny Maltipoo dog. We’re in our early 20’s, I’m a libra, and he’s a leo. We’re both pretty chill and kind. We both maintain the house to be very clean and limit the amount of guests we have over. We’re covid cautious and ask that our roommate does the same. We both work outside of our place. We’re pretty chill and are 420 friendly in the house. I do value my home to be a safe and relaxing space. I also spend a lot of my time studying and chilling in the livingroom.
