1 bedroom will be available in our amazing Newport house off Hilaria and Flagship (near Hoag) starting January 1st.

About the house/room: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — 2 of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs — 1 bedroom is downstairs off the living room with its own bathroom ***The smaller of the 2 rooms upstairs is the room available. The current roommate has a full bed, a dresser, a coat rack, and a wall closet w/ mirrors. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person which is pretty much always clean since we do our hair/makeup in our rooms instead :)

• Kitchen has dark granite countertops, oven, electric flat stove, microwave
• We have our own washer/dryer inside
• Downstairs is all tile for easy cleaning
• Big patio to enjoy the sun and sea breeze! -1 car garage and street parking -15 min walk to the beach!
• Safe area near Hoag Hospital (though we hardly ever hear sirens since we are in an area where they turn the sirens off) Rent = $1,086/month Security Deposit = $725 Utilities = $100/month average

About us: -We are two working professional females 22 and 29 years old (one works from home & the other drives to work each day, Mon-Fri)

• We are considerate, respectful, hard-working, fun and down to earth
• We keep it pretty mellow during the week (working, watching TV, cooking, drinking wine, exercising, hanging with friends)
• We enjoy traveling on the weekends, going to the beach, hanging with friends, visiting our families
• We are not huge partiers, non-smokers, though we go out here & there

About you:

• Female, age 22-30, with a full-time job
• Considerate, respectful, hard-working, fun and down to earth -You keep it mellow during the week
• You pick up after yourself and contribute to keeping the common areas clean
• You’re not sketchy, bitchy, dirty, unstable, seller/user of drugs, passive aggressive, irresponsible etc.. you get the point :)
• You have good credit (the landlord may do a credit check upon application submission)
• Non-smoker
• No pets
• We want someone who will contribute to the house, become friends with, and make it even better than before!
