Update: Travel nurses are welcome to rent on a month by month basis. Females only: 4 bedroom/2 bath house with salt water pool, jacuzzi and outdoor kitchen. Single story home, approximately 2,000sqft, in a quiet neighborhood in Rancho Cucamonga. Large living room and den. Floors are all wood and new interior paint. Gym and laundry is in garage. Housekeeper cleans the entire house bi-weekly. I’m considering renting my spare bedrooms. #1 room is 12x12; #2 room is 12x10; #3 room is 10x10. Full privileges to kitchen, outdoor kitchen, laundry, gym, pool/jacuzzi, dedicated parking in driveway or on street in front of house. Spare bedrooms are currently unfurnished but can be furnished at an additional cost. Property has five cameras, three for the front yard and two for the backyard. No overnight guests. Also, rent can be reduced for cleaning inside and/or outside. Inside would be sweeping, mopping, etc. Outside: help cleaning the backyard, front yard, pool etc. Grass is artificial. Rooms are listed as single occupancy. No overnight guests. Day time guests approved on day to day basis. Sorry, not sorry, but if you want full and complete access to have people over. I suggest you find another place or buy your own place. Sorry for being blunt, but I’ve been receiving too many messages from couples and people that “require” overnight guests. Couples will be considered with a higher monthly rate (minimum $1700/month and double the deposit).

I’m currently staying in the master bedroom. I like sports, watching TV, movies, going bowling, etc. I’m a bit of a gamer (PS5 and Switch), I like to take naps and eat somewhat healthy. Air Force veteran and FAA retired Air Traffic Controller.
