Taron Drive

This house is a place where everyone lays low and works on themselves. Not a fun, crazy, or family house. Currently 3 adults and my 2 dogs. I have this last room for rent with a shared bathroom.

I have converted the living room into my room. I’m really trying to save money this year and start a new online business. That’s why I’m renting the space out.

We keep things very clean and respectful. Everyone is nice. I am particularly outgoing in terms of making sure things are working out and everyone is good together.

So I’m attentive and helpful. I want things to be good for you, and everyone else. And me 🤪

But my dogs are most important, that they are safe and no one is doing anything dumb like letting them out of the door open or some thing stupid. So you gotta be good and courteous about that. They are pretty well behaved.

If your super sensitive to sound, then, live alone in the country. Jk. We are all respectful and pretty quiet but this getting to be a full house. Different schedules, and, I work at home sometimes in my garage paint shop. So, if your super sensitive to sound, forget about it. Plus there is a train behind is that runs here and there. Pretty minimally though. And over all I think it’s quite here.

So again this is more of a place to lay low, have a clean functional safe place to call home, work on yourself and your goals.

We keep company minimal.

Simple month to month contract. First month plus deposit (400) required to move in. Provable steady income required.

I run a paint biz and work in the garage painting. I’m always busy working or improving/maintaining things up around the house. The other guy skateboards and games. He only microwave’s stuff so one less person in the kitchen. The other guy comes home and cooks fancy meals then chills in his room. Kitchen is always clean.
