Hello! This is an apartment at Eagle Point Apartments in Cheney. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There’s a kitchen and a dishwasher, washer, and dryer. There’s also individual heaters in every room and AC. I also installed my own lock on the bedroom door and can leave it there if you want it.

I’m a recently graduated student and work as a Paramedic. Since I’m done with school now, I’d like to work more hours, get a place of my own and move closer to work. There are 3 other roomies (males) who live here and are students. They also have jobs, so everyone is in and out throughout the day. Overall this is a great environment for students or anyone wanting cheap rent.
