Shelby's room

This is a 2 bed/ 2 Bath house. The guest bedroom is available with your own bathroom. A furnished option may be available. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to most stores and restaurants, as well as 110. Owners do require one month’s rent for the security deposit. This is refundable after move-out inspection. There is internet on the property which will be split between the two of us.

I’m the only other roommate. I am a property manager who works most days. I have two dogs, and though they are both sweethearts, I am looking for a dog-friendly roommate. I love music and film, and am a writer in my free time!
