Hello everyone. I just purchased this house and am looking for a roommate to help out with the mortgage. Would greatly appreciate someone looking for long term, but not a requirement. The Room: 8.5x11.5. Brand new Carpet, sliding mirror closet, 2 windows. Has heat. will need AC for summer which I will provide. The House: Brand new carpet throughout, bathroom floors, and toilets. Plenty of space for you. Living Room: Nice fireplace with big open room. I have my computer with my VR setup in there currently. Will be looking for a smaller desk to help keep it out of the way. Dining/Kitchen: Open Dining area, no table as of now. Big Kitchen, Plenty of storage space. 1 Fridge, I don’t normally keep a lot of food in so should be more than sufficient for 2. Electric Stove. Gas Grill located outside. Laundry: In between garage and kitchen, have both Washer and Dryer. 3rd bed/Gym: Spare bedroom has my workout equipment in there. Nothing special, but treadmill and bench set. Feel free to use. Parking: I don’t like parking inside that much, so you have the option of the garage, driveway, or in the street. Animals: No Cats, or small dogs. Medium or bigger size dogs will be welcomed, but will have to get along with my dog, info in “About the Roomies”. Rent: 950 +water & electric. I provide the others.

Hi everyone, first time homeowner and looking for a roommate to help with the mortgage. Not too sure what to put here, but here’s hoping. I’m not the party personality and just like being home or in a fairly quiet setting, and hope you would be the same. If I have it, I have no issue sharing. Just ask you respect the property and try your best to not make a mess. My dog, Brandy, is a 9 year old mixed female who is spayed. She loves to chase after squirrels and bark when there’s someone knocking on the door. For the most part has a calm, just wants to be out of the way demeanor. It will take a week or two for her to warm up to you, but will want to smell/investigate you without you “acknowledging” her at first. She grew up with English Mastiffs, so she knows how to be around other dogs. Very well house trained, no accidents in the house, asking the same of yours.
