Bay Drive

This is a 2 bedroom with 2 bath room apartment, with a beautiful front view to the canal. The house it’s really cozy, and chill. Features a front view to the canal where you can paddle board every morning, do yoga on the deck, or just relax in the backyard.

Is a two floor building only, with 12 apartments, so it feels like a home. Very small.

The house it’s in good condition, has inhouse washer and dryer, and comes fully furnished.

I am a metaverse founder, so I spend a lot of time at home (working remotely). I love everything that helps you become the best version of yourself. I eat organic (really healthy), go to bed early, I journal, and compose music, practice my singing, do yoga, go for runs, and exercise. Occasionally I host dinners at home with friends.

I am looking for someone with the same mindset as me, and with a structured and routined lifestyle. Not looking for partygoers, or people that stay up until late.

Also value a lot silence at home close to bedtime :) (this is my moon Taurus speaking).
