This home is very nice cabin style house. It comes with great space no one right up under each other. The house is 2800 sqft really nice. Major responsibility is to keep it clean, clean, clean. No drugs on premises or liquor. There is a outside space to smoke and chill just not in house. This is not a party house very quiet and relaxing. Please know no extra guest for a night or what so ever. The room can be shared 800 per bed which include utilities. with a 400 deposit. The room can also be rented without a roommate for a higher price which can be discussed once viewed.
