The Room: Your room is fully furnished and features 300+ square feet of living space, hardwood floors, bathroom, two closets, and vaulted ceilings (25 feet high!) There is a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, 45“ smart tv, night lamp, desk and chair, with plenty of room for more furnishings and personal items.

The Unit: The condo is a 3 bedroom loft. There are two private master bedrooms located on the east and west wing of the unit, and also a private loft upstairs. The unit features a private balcony and patio area on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. The unit is equipped with high-speed internet, washer and dryer. The living room is furnished completely in leather and features a fully stocked bar, 60“ smart tv, and beer pong table. There is also a separate dining area.

The Building: We are located at the Villa Pacifica. This is a private condominium complex comprised of individual homeowners. Most of the residents are late 20s-mid 30s working professionals. We have a very hands-on homeowners’ association and residents work together to keep this a quiet, peaceful community. The complex is secured-access only and there are security cameras, and elevators throughout the property. There is also a pool, spa (jacuzzi), and dog park on the premises. The landscape is green and lush. Private, garaged parking space negotiable.

The Community: We are situated just on the edge of the Los Altos community, a mile from CSULB and right off of the Traffic Circle (Los Coyotes / Lakewood Blvd). The community is predominately CSULB students and young working professionals. Groceries, In-N-Out, Chipotle, Krispy Kreme, gyms, salons, and shopping are just a block away.

I’m a 30 year old, athletic, outgoing, caucasian male. I served in the U.S. military, I have a degree in Computer Science, and am currently a 3rd-year student of electrical engineering. I have an 800+ credit score and am financially independent. I am also a single, full-time parent. My 10 yr old son lives here with me. We are mostly into skateboarding, road trips, and anything STEM-related.
