Cozy, lovely nature home located in “The Island” area of Logan, on the Logan River. Main floor, furnished bedroom with view of river. $700/month furnished (includes utilities and internet). Lease length negotiable. Tree surrounded, forested, deer migration trail across the river. Washer is upstairs. I have a dryer but hang clothes to dry. Open kitchen/living room area has slider door to riverside balcony for reading, eating, gazing. Inside, there are large picture windows with lovely river/forest views. In addition, French doors to covered front patio/fenced area. Centrally located in Logan near everything including busses. Think Nature/River Property right in the heart of town. Off-street parking for one car on property. Parties or smoking of any type on the property is not allowed. I require renter’s insurance.

This island/river home is currently home to Anne who uses the primary bedroom/main bathroom upstairs when home. I am mostly vegetarian, fyi, and eat meat sparingly. Price includes Internet, utilities/gas and furnishings. Off street parking spot next to carport. Conservation of energy/gas/water is highly encouraged. Think green living with recycling, composting and other sustainable practices. Open-minded, semi-retired teacher. Again, no parties allowed or smoking of any kind, anywhere on the property.
