West Alameda Street

This is a furnished room in a beautiful house in Manteca, California. It is for single occupancy. You should be employed and willing to sign a lease for 6 months. Rent is $1050 per month and deposit is $200. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month unless discussed. All utilities and bills will be paid by the owner. I have a small dog and a cat that live inside the house. You should be comfortable around them. You may smoke outside of my house, you can’t smoke inside though.

I’m a working professional myself. Another tenant will share the bathroom with you at times. The house is pretty quiet and peaceful. There are no kids in the house. You won’t regret staying at my house.
