Hello there! This fully furnished room is perfect for any student or anyone who enjoys the Monterey area. Rent is $1,000 monthly, including utilities and some toiletries (toilet paper, toothpaste, paper towels). Unfortunately no pets are allowed. We are a clean and quiet household, but we understand that life can sometimes be hectic. That said, we tend to be very understanding if you occasionally forget to wash your dishes or clean the bathroom. Just make sure you communicate with us.
