Hello! Looking for a similar young professional in their 20’ or early 30’s to join me in this very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in South Aurora. I’m relatively new to Denver, so I’m looking to meet new people! Hopefully you’re the same.

This house is three levels with a lot of room to spread out. You’ll have a spot in a two-car garage, your own private bedroom and private bath. There’s in-unit laundry, a spacious backyard with a grill…basically everything you need. Home has heating and cooling, got the Netflix setup, and more.

The home is about 20 minutes from downtown, another 20 minutes from the airport, and is very close to Cherry Creek State Park. It’s suburbia, but very safe and chill!

I’m a 29-year-old white dude with a stable, boring, white-collar job downtown. I work 2-11pm, so if you’re a 9-5’er you’ll have the house to yourself a good chunk of the evening. I have a chocolate mini labradoodle named Cosmo, who does not shed (as I’m allergic) so don’t worry about pet hair! He’s the friendliest guy in the world. No other pets, sorry….as much as I’d love them, landlord won’t allow it. I’m very easy going, like hiking, outdoors, watching sports, and just chilling around the house with my pup.

Asking for 900/month plus a flat 100/month for utilities. I’m planning on using the third room as a pseudo-guest room, maybe short-term leasing for mutual friends if that option arises. Definitely a conversation we can have in the future!

Looking for a roommate with a stable job and a chill attitude, that’s about it. If you consider yourself “career oriented” you’re probably a good fit. Male or female, either one works for me, all I ask is that you treat the house like it’s your own and you’re nice to my dog. No smoking please!
