No pets allowed . No smoking inside. Swimming pool amenities available for long term renters. Only 1 person per room. (Furniture is brand new, comes with bed, tv, dresser and closet) No deposit required just simply pay for your month of rent monthly. First months rent due first day of move in.

It’s a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. One room is occupied by a female. Bathroom will be shared between the two of you. I’m the owner(male). There will never be more than 3 people living at the house at a time . Both of us are quite and respectful , looking for someone that is the same.
