The location is very close to the following suburbs: Champlin, Coon Rapids, Anoka, Blaine, Brooklyn Center, Maple Grove, Osseo, Fridley and Spring Lake Park. It is also very close to most of the community colleges like North Hennepin and Anoka Ramsey. Easy freeway access, close to Cub Foods, LA Fitness, Caribou Coffee, Target Corporate, etc. The house has normal amenities like air conditioning, a dishwasher, a deck and a garage.

I am professional and work for a global organization. I mostly work remotely and I am looking for a Male/Female who know how to be respectful, are law-abiding, trustworthy, relatively quiet and fairly clean. I am a professional who is pretty low key. House is non-smoking, non-drug-using and social drinking but will never be a party house. Guests can be okay as long as they’re adults, boundaries are respected and quiet times during the week are kept in mind. No pets are allowed and outside smoking might be okay but a nonsmoker is strongly preferred.
