‘m searching for 1 roommate to fill the open bedroom on the 1st floor bedroom of my house. House is 2014 build, 4 story townhome, with kitchen / living / dining on 2nd floor and a spacious rooftop patio on the 4th floor. 2nd and 4th floors will be furnished by me. NOTE, bedroom isn’t furnished - you’ll need to bring your own furniture for your room

Lease is month to month. Utilities included in rent.

My place is in a great spot, really short walk to all the bars around 20th street and lots of good restaurants near Shepherd! It’s also a short walk to the White Oak Bayou Trail. Short drive to Memorial Park, Montrose, and Downtown too. If you commute, it’s a great location with easy access to I-10 and 610.

House Description: private bedroom with attached private bathroom and closet. Shared kitching/ living / dining area on the 2nd floor - fully furnished. Shared rooftop patio on the 4th floor, furnished as well. Washer / dryer available on third floor for you to use. Garage parking negotiable, but lots of space on the street too.

I pay for the following utilities: electric, gas, water / sewer / trash, internet (800Mbps).

No pets please.

I’m a chill, easy going guy (26M) who works in oil and gas. I have to travel sometimes for work, so may be gone for a week or two here and there. I like going to the gym and walking around the different city parks. Looking for a likeminded individual!
