About the room
Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my room at Campus Edge, Huntsville. The lease is until July 23rd. You would be responsible for paying $450 of rent a month and thats it. I would cover monthly $50 dollars of rent a month, utilities, furniture rental fee, and rental insurance fee which usually range from about $80 to $100 dollars a month combined. Private Room Includes a Full Size Bed, Work Desk, Compact Closet, a Couple of Drawers to store clothing, Free High Speed Internet (200-300Mbps), and Free Cable. Washer and Dryer in Unit, and Full Kitchen with a Microwave, Fridge, Stove, Oven and Dishwasher. 5 minute walk to campus and very nice complex that includes a pool, full workout room, and Computer Lab. Perfect for the Spring Semester and most ideal for college students.
About the roomies
Currently have two male roommates that are clean, friendly, and students at SHSU.
