Clean quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown. The room is fully furnished with a bed and TV and walk in closet for your belongings.Also internet access is free. I also have a spacious driveway to accommodate your vehicle if needed. I do have a two car garage available as well. I’m also renting out the Master bedroom with California king-size bed and a private restroom with shower for $1200.

About me I’m a father of two teenage daughters. One biological and the other adopted. They’re very respectful and polite and are currently in highschool so they don’t be at home during the day. I’m very protective of them so I prefer a trustworthy tenant to rent the room in my home. I’m kind of a introvert so Im mostly in my room or out running errands for the house. I’m big on privacy so respect mind and I will respect yours. Im very polite and easy to get along with so no drama on my end and expect the same.
