You will have your own bathroom on your side of the condo, but it is out of your room so will be shared with any guest.

This space is perfect for anyone in the entertainment or nightlife scene. 420 friendly only. No pets. No kids. No couples. Very chill, peaceful, and inviting space.

Must have great credit to be considered. Rent in total is $3500, your portion will be $1500. Deposit is $2600 (equivalent to first and last months rent -$400).
