Looking for a single roommate to rent a single room with an attached bathroom. You will have access to the kitchen, along with your own kitchen pantry, drawer and closet. Street and driveway parking is free.

The room can come furnished (with a bed, lamp and night stand) if you’d like, or you can bring your own bedroom furniture.

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. I am looking preferably for a female to share the living space with. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Please no overnight guests, drugs or excessive drinking/ partying.
