Private room in large house with access to pool, large backyard and shared kitchen, indoor laundry and in garage parking. Bedroom and bath is on first floor while all other bedrooms are upstairs. Includes Wi-Fi, gas, water, electricity.

40-some year old female with 2 children in home. Ages 9/14, who are generally in school/work most week days. We are mostly quiet but may have some guests occasionally. Absolutely no drugs or smoking.
