JQ's room

Looking to rent out my recently renovated, quiet, clean room in my townhouse located in Central Valley area of Bremerton, close to schools, shopping & fairgrounds. I am asking 1000 per month and utilities are included. The room is located upstairs and you will have a bathroom to yourself, but there is only one shower and that is shared. The neighborhood is quiet and is conveniently located on bus line, near fairgrounds, schools, shopping and just a perfect central location.

I am a full time DoD employee and I am usually gone from 5am-5pm. The other roomie (female) works full time from home. We also have one dog and two cats.
