ROOM: freshly painted, approx. 10 x 12, cheery with nice lighting/windows. BATHROOM: Double sinks w/separate bath/toilet, to be shared w/me. (There is an additional 3/4 bath if that might be your preference). Room can be fully furnished. Everything you need is here for you to use.
