Jordan's room

Bought my house almost 3 years ago. Considering renting out the basement which has its own walk in shower, toilet and sink. The basement doesn’t have any closed off rooms but you would be free to pretty much do whatever you’d like to make it your home. It’s partially finished, which means there’s no ugly drywall or anything like that. the floors are painted concrete so you’d probably wanna put down some rugs to make it more comfy.

I’m a single guy who works full time. I go to work around 12-4pm and usually get back anywhere from 12-4am. I work thursday-sunday. I have 2 cats but as much as I love animals I really would not prefer anymore.
