Room for rent in 3 bed 1 bath duplex! Month to month lease.Room can be furnished or not! North Portland off Mississippi, quiet, free parking. Upper level of duplex, landlord lives below and he is awesome. Fenced backyard, 1 bathroom laundry in basement. The room is small but has a wardrobe in it, we also have clothing racks in the front room and lots of storage in the basement. My rescue dog Goose lives here, she loves people but can be kind of a dick to other animals so unfortunately we can’t have any additional pets. If I’m gone she is up in my room. 420 friendly out on the balcony, we keep the house clean and tidy but won’t freak out if a dish is left for a day. Have friends over on occasion but definitely not a party house, please message me with any questions.
