ONLY a 5 min drive to FLL airport. Live the city life with hundreds of restaurants, bars and clubs all within a one mile radius. This four bedroom, two story duplex was built in 2016. The bedroom for rent is FULLY furnished on the first floor The bathroom is just next door to guest room and has an enclosed glass shower. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, offering us both lots of personal space and privacy. Parking is available in driveway. Hurricane proof windows and doors throughout and my home is not in flood zone. Entire house treated regularly for pest control

I live alone, middle aged divorcee. I live a very quiet life. I’m easy to get along with but do keep to myself for the most part. I have one black lab and one very old cat that are both upstairs with me 24/7. I’m VERY clean and looking for someone who is also very clean and a well organized person. Someone that will show respect for my home and my personal things. My home is fully furnished and very well stocked in kitchen wares. I am home most of the time but usually remain upstairs. The house is 3,000 sq feet so we each have lots of privacy. I’m looking for someone who works outside the home. Someone not interested in having over night guests or entertaining. The kitchen and amenities are all available for light food prep and light cooking only, along with personal use of laundry room. Home has a fenced-in backyard with fake turf and gas grill for personal use. Non smoker or must smoke outside. Please note this is just a room rental and not a shared home situation. High speed Internet and Tv included in guest room with Hulu, Netflix , Max, Prime TV and more. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood but for extra “peace of mind”, I do have recorded outdoor security cameras with motion detectors and a full home security system with alarm. I may be able to provide temporary storage in my garage for an additional fee.
