Seth's room

We have two room is 11ft by 10ft and 11ftx9ft there are outlets on all walls, we have twin and full mattress avaliable upon request. Both rooms have thier own closet. Otherwise unfurnished spacious room. Shared bathroom with tub. Access to washer and dryer, access to use kitchen just clean up after yourself, bills not included in price. About 15 minutes drive from texas state, 10 minutes from target, ulta, sonic, panda 14 minutes away from Walmart 8 min away from Sam’s and other good establishment. 4 min away from I-35. No drugs or alcohol

We have a 4 bedroom house looking to rent out two rooms. We have three cats and a baby on the way. We are open to renting to a single parent. We keep to ourselves, all we ask is that you respect common areas and clean up after yourself. There is only street parking. (Please don’t apply if you are not okay living with cats.)
