About the room
Private bedroom with own bathroom. The Villa Sonoma complex very close to Perimeter Mall and has easy access to the interstate. The room is furnished with a full size bed. The complex has an on-site gym and a well maintained pool. There is also a theater and game room that can be reserved for events. Rent includes utilities, rent, and 1 parking spot.
About the roomies
There are currently two people living in the master bedroom. One woman in her early thirties who loves to decorate the space and spends her free time playing Animal Crossing. The other is a man in his mid twenties who loves tabletop games, but he is planning to move out in July 2023.
There are two cats in the apartment, siblings Bonnie and Clyde. The HOA will only allow two pets per unit, so we will not be able to accept applicants with pets.
