10x12ft room, 1st floor off kitchen, technically the dining room but has two doorframes that close for privacy, half bath on the first floor, $700/month
Pets open to discussion. $70 internet is divided equally, flat rate utilities, security deposit is the rent rate. Lease is up in 6 months.
