North Hagadorn Road

It’s about a 900 square foot house with two floors and unfinished basement. The available bedrooms are in the ground floor. 1 1/2 bathrooms in the entire house. So much storage it’s actually crazy. Washer and dryer in the basement. We need two more roomates to sign the contract before we can secure the house for the 2023-2024 school year. It’s right on the cata bus line, less than a two minute walk to stops going both directions on multiple routes.

So far we have two people set to live here. We are both student, one at LCC one at MSU. A theater major and a welding student. We’re both very easy going and outgoing people. We prefer student roomates or at least college student age
