My partner Jay and I have a room available for sublet asap in a 3b/1ba house in East Passyunk as the previous roommate just moved out. Looking for someone to sublet for at least 6 months (Jan 1st to July 1st). Rent is 700/month before utilities. The house has a washer and dryer in the basement. The available room has a skylight and gets a lot of natural light and is very cozy, but fits a queen sized bed. You would be sharing a bathroom.
