Rent is $3,818, so split; it would be 1,909 + security deposit for a lease ending October 31, 2023. The apartment is located in a boutique luxury building with a Roof Deck. It’s a two-bedroom (equally sized), 1.5-bathroom apartment on the 2nd floor with zoned heat and air units in every room. The apartment opens into an ample living space and an open kitchen—lots of natural light and spacious. I am 26 and am originally have just moved back to NYC from Manhattan Beach, CA. I attended NYU for grad school and work full-time remotely from home in the luxury travel industry on a 9-5 schedule. I’m a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I enjoy going out with friends and relaxing at home. I want my home to be a place where I can have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I want a roommate I can get to know and do things like watch TV together or host a party for friends. If you’re not open to the idea of sharing a meal together occasionally, we’re probably not a good fit.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean, but my room may not reflect it. I am a respectful roommate and have been told I am easy to live with.
