Im 22, working full time. I own the property. I have three dogs who mainly stay outside, they’re friendly with other dogs. Im a pretty quiet and clean individual. I work very early on weekdays so quiet nights are appreciated. Smoking is cool, just outside. The house is fully furnished, there’s a little room for storage in the garage. Having two roommates is a possibility as I have two rooms I can rent out. This means you’d share the bathroom with the potential second roommate.
