Full access to the house which includes the living area, kitchen, basement, and both of the two bathrooms. The property has available parking in front of the house. The property is now fully furnished (minus the rooms). There is a brand new washer & dryer.
Utilities including water, gas, electric, and Xfinity services will be split among all roommates.
The neighborhood is calm and quiet and in close proximity of the Metra to Chicago ( 20-minute walk ). It is currently myself and another roommate occupying the property.
I have recently moved in and recently finished furnishing the place. I am a 26-year-old male and I am fine with any gender as long as you’re clean and respectful. The other roommate is a 25 year old working female.
No pets (I do have a smaller dog (lab retriever) that will be here)
