This apartment is a 3rd floor walk up in a great area in Sunnyside. This room is the biggest room in a three bedroom apartment. The room has a built in closet with adequate space and a window with amazing light. There is a living room and a full kitchen. This apartment also has an in unit washer/dryer in the common closet. 1 full bath with a stand up shower.

This apartment is about a 5 minute walk to the local 7 train and can get you into Manhattan in about 20 min. There is a grocery store at the end of the block and a Trader Joe’s available just a few stops away on the 7 train. There is also a park just a few blocks away along with restaurants within walking distance.

ABOUT THIS LISTER I am a Night Shift nurse and my roommate works 9-5 in tax. We have a dishwasher in unit but we use it as a glorified drying rack usually. We like to keep a generally clean home. Dishes never stay in the sink for more than a day, and just generally clean up after yourself after eating/cooking/using the bathroom. We dont mind having people over as long as you are respectful of both of our opposite sleeping schedules. We ask for no pets (fish are ok as long as you keep it in your room and clean it yourself). We have a dining room table and a futon in the living room.
