Share w/ semi-retired, youthful baby boomers, fully Moderna vaccinated, triple boostered and request the same. Sorry, no pandemic or election deniers, no smokers, no pets.

Enjoy this huge 700 SQ FT upstairs master BR w/ Queen bedroom set, VIEWS, private deck, private full bath, w/tub & shower.

Includes all furnishings, bedding, linen, 2 refrigerators, fully stocked kitchen, gas stove, washer/dryer, includes all utilities, gas, electric, water, HI-Speed Internet, WI-FI, off street covered parking, on a private lane/property. Many other extras. Living up here in the heights one needs a vehicle.
