Private bedroom with private bathroom available in a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom rowhouse in Pigtown. This first-floor bedroom has a full-sized bed, smart TV and a dresser. There is adequate closet space. Room is located on the lower level away from the other bedrooms, so there is some privacy. The bathroom is located off the living room. It is for the use of the first floor bedroom occupant only.

WiFi and water are included. Gas and electric are shared and split by all tenants.

The location is very convenient, located just off I-95 in Pigtown/Washington Village and just outside of Baltimore’s downtown. Pigtown is seeing lots of growth, and newcomers are drawn to its growing restaurant, bar and brewery scene (four breweries). The neighborhood also features a grocery store (SuperFresh), coffee shop, and more. You’ll enjoy the Pigtown Festival and Sowebo Fest, as well as other community events.

Pigtown offers easy walking accessibility to the University of Maryland, stadiums and Inner Harbor. Carroll Park is just a block away.

There is plenty of street parking available, but owning a car is not necessary in this convenient location. A major bus line (Yellow) is just two blocks up the street on Washington Boulevard. Other bus lines including the Orange Circulator bus are also nearby. If you do drive, you will appreciate being right off of I-95’s exit 51.

Looking for someone who is responsible, tidy, mature and can be trusted to respect and care for my home. Housemates should be able to respect each other and the house rules (e.g. clean up after yourself, quiet hours 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., no outside or overnight guests, etc.).

At the moment, there are two male housemates. All housemates will have separate bedrooms and bathrooms and share the common areas.
