Quiet apartment building. It’s a 3rd floor apartment has a front and back entrance. Large shared living room and a shared bathroom. Parking is easy to find. Close to shopping and downtown. The apartment has more closet space then I know what to do with. Bedrooms and living room are carpet. Kitchen is vinyl flooring. Heat and air work great. All utilities included except for electricity. Internet is included. A small dog or cat would be welcomed but would include a one time $400 deposit and an extra $20 per month for pet rent.

I’m 29 work a full time second shift job. I have a dog she’s 8. She doesn’t get along very well with big dogs. My current roommate had a small dog she did get along with. My dog was also raised around cats so she is cat friendly. I’m not home much during the week I work between 40 and 70hrs a week. On the weekend I like to stay home and decompress have family or friends over and play board games and card games. I love to cook and like to keep the apartment clean but not obsessively. I’m looking for another quiet roommate who just need a nice layed back place to live. Laundry on site as well as a full gym and indoor basketball court.
