I have a room available in my 2BR 2Bath condo in the heart of Hayes Valley- 2 minutes from all the restaurants/bars/shops on Hayes. Its a modern/updated and spacious apartment in a 2 unit building. The available room is currently furnished with a bed and desk which can be moved out if needed. The bedrooms are on separate floors so there is a lot of privacy. Rent is $2,500 + Utilities and its available starting Dec 1. Open to short and long term options

I am a 34 year old male. I grew up in the South Bay and lived in Europe for 5 years before moving back to SF during Covid. I work in tech. I like to stay active, play sports (basketball, golf, tennis) and work out. Other than that I’m very laid back. I’ve got my own social circle but I’m also down to hang out and watch tv or grab dinner and drinks.

I also have a dog who is a 3 year old Husky Shepherd named Bruce, so you would need to be cool with having a dog around. He’s very friendly and well behaved.
