I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in McLean (Gates of McLean) and I’m renting out the master bedroom in my unit. The room has its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. I’m also sharing the living room, dinning room, kitchen, laundry room, and patio. There’s hardwood floor through out the unit. The master bedroom is spacious and is equipped with bay window for natural lighting and an en-suite bedroom. It is a furnished room with queen size bed, floor lamp, and chest. You can always bring any additional furniture if you want. You will also enjoy free parking and free access to the community gym/swimming pool.

The location of the community is also great that it’s within 5 mins walking distance to the McLean metro station, Wegman’s, Capital One HQ campus, Capital One Hall (theater for shows/concerts), Star Hill rooftop biergarten. It’s a very short drive to Tysons Mall and Galleria, It’s also convenient to get on I-495, I-66, and Dulles toll road.

I’m a finance professional who works from home most of the time. I enjoy music (play some guitar), sports (especially EPL, UCL, NBA, F1), working out, and traveling. I also like playing golf and video games (usually story driven console games not online games) from time to time. I’m looking for someone who is friendly, easy going, and respects the property.
