Hello! This home is a single story, four bedroom, two bathroom home that was renovated last June so it is like new! The room is a private room with a shared bathroom.

The room is a standard room size. It comes with recessed lighting, ceiling fan, window with a shade, and a walk in closet. Rent includes all utilities, full access to kitchen and laundry, and monthly housekeeping of common areas and bathrooms.

There are three professional young women living in the home. We all keep to ourselves but also like to hang out from time to to. There is also one medium sized dog that is very well behaved and extremely friendly!
