About the room
Spare room available in our family house. It’s a private bedroom with it’s own private bathroom and entrance. No access to kitchen but you are welcome to accommodate it with an electric stove, microwave etc. We do a have a spare refrigerator you can use.
The rent is $900 with utilities included. Security deposit is $500. Flexible lease .
