I am looking for a responsible adult to rent a room. I currently have 2 rooms for rent. I have a single family home in the Spring, TX area. My home has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, in which one bathroom will be shared. I have no pets in my home and ask that it stays that way. My neighborhood consists of working class families. It is a diverse community and quiet. Home is about 10 to 15 minutes from Woodlands Express Park and Ride commute. Located in the suburbs and has a pool, walking trail, surrounded by restaurants and shopping stores.

I’m a career lady. I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I get home from work. I’m open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organized. I work a pretty normal 9-5 schedule. I want my house to be a place where you can feel safe as well as I, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I would just like to know about these ahead of time.
