I rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in Maitland and looking for a roommate. It’s an unfurnished bedroom. You’ll have access to entire use of house. I have a washer and dryer. Huge fenced in backyard. I do have a shitzu dog in case you’re allergic to animals. Non smoking house. I have a small above ground pool just to relax in nothing big. I do my own lawn. My house is clean. No slobs please.close to Altamonte mall and winter park village.

I am a legal assistant and work from home 3 days a week. I go to gym 5 days a week. It’s a very quiet house and neighborhood. Only 3 other houses on my street. I’m a clean person.
