It has its own private entrance, lots of windows, new paint and flooring. You would NOT be sharing the space with anyone. Reasonable pge, water and garbage are $75. Includes access to adjacent laundry room and full use of patio area. Parking is in the driveway which is right outside the unit. One mile from BART, 580, Castro Valley Village Shopping Center and Crow Canyon Rd. No smoking. We prefer a 12 month lease. Please note that we are currently working on the floor trim in the pictures, it’s almost finished.

Two quiet people live in the house above, which is completely separate. You would not be sharing space with anyone.
